Electrical Apprentice

Eanes Heating & Air is looking for an Electrician's Apprentice with residential experience to join our growing team! HVAC experience is preferred, but not required for this roleResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environmentProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicleTravel to job sites in your service area, and work with dispatchers to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customerObtain customer authorization/signature for payment (or financing) at the completion of the jobMeeting predetermined targets and sales goalsAssist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace optionsAssist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations (as indicated)Meet or exceed performance minimum standardsJob RequirementsMust be willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education.Experienced in residential service preferred but not required.Knowledge of local electrical codes and the ability to apply them in a practical manner on each job.Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license.Willingness to work overtime and "on-call" shifts as neededMust be able to lift up to 100 pounds.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionSTD/LTDLife Insurance401k matchingPaid time off & paid holidaysFitness Reimbursement ProgramJob Type: Full-timeJob Posted by ApplicantPro
