Resident Associate - 1st Shift

Resident Associate **SIGN ON BONUSES NOW OFFERED - $1000 for Full Time, $500 for Part Time** As a Resident Associate at St. Charles Community you will provide a wide variety of services that are integral in providing an atmosphere of hospitality, vitality and sociability for our Senior Residents. We currently have 71 Assisted Living Apartments located in the Lodge at St. Charles. Resident Associates Duties Prepares breakfast trays in resident's rooms as needed Performs housekeeping and or laundry duties as necessary Serves meals in the dining rooms or in the residents apartment Responds promptly to resident requests including the emergency response system. Performs additional duties as requested St. Charles Community is open 365 days of the year, so this position does require an every other weekend schedule and a Holiday rotation. 1st Shift Hours - 7 AM - 3:30 PM Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
