Our Engineering Culture & Stack We maintain a fast-paced, modern engineering culture focused on developer experience, code quality, and system reliability. Our team operates out of a centralized monorepo utilizing: Backend: Python, Django + DRF, Celery, Redis Frontend: React, TypeScript Database: PostgreSQL 18 with a large emphasis on multi-tenancy. Workflow & Collaboration: GitHub Linear Slack Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the team to define, architect, and integrate full-stack features. Write clean and exhaustively tested code. Create highly scalable solutions along with any required third-party integrations and operational APIs. Ensure all systems adhere to strict enterprise data security and compliance standards. What You Bring to the Team Proven professional experience working on production-grade web applications Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling. Solid familiarity with modern frontend ecosystems A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a track record of taking ownership of features from concept to production.
