This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives on creating relaxing, high-quality guest experiences while upholding the elevated standards of our resort.Key Responsibilities Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to spa guests Deliver a warm, welcoming, and tranquil guest experience from arrival to departure Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of nail stations in accordance with spa and state regulations Manage appointments and schedules using the spa’s computer system Maintain accurate service and commission records Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities to enhance the guest experience Support daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest care Qualifications Valid California Nail Technician/Manicurist License (required) Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in nail services Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and product application Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and adherence to spa dress code Skills & Attributes Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused High standards for service excellence and cleanliness Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Maintain stamina to provide consistent, high-quality services throughout shiftWhy Join UsAt South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, we are committed to excellence, teamwork, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
