Manufacturing Assembler Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling high-quality industrial equipment while following established procedures and maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Assemble industrial vibratory equipment and related components through all stages of production Prepare sub-assemblies and organize components for production builds Kit jobs and ensure all required materials are available for assembly Perform final assembly and product testing to ensure quality standards are met Follow standard work instructions and production procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement Requirements: Basic understanding and safe use of hand tools Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Schedule: Full-time position Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Day shift
