Title-Lab Technician Sr. – 3rd Shift📍 Location: Sturgis, Michigan (49091)🕒 Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)📅 Contract Duration: 6+ MonthsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Lab Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role involves performing laboratory testing, maintaining accuracy in data collection, and supporting quality and operational standards in a fast-paced lab environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and non-routine laboratory tests and analysesAccurately record, analyze, and report test resultsOperate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipmentEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsPrepare samples and reagents for testingMonitor and document lab processes and resultsIdentify and troubleshoot basic technical issuesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspaceFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocolsCollaborate with team members and communicate findings effectivelyRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of laboratory experience (Lab experience may include post-high school coursework)Strong attention to detail and analytical thinkingSolid computer skills (data entry, documentation, basic systems)Work Schedule & CompensationNight Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AMOvertime: Hours worked beyond 40 per week are paid at time and a halfIdeal CandidateSelf-motivated and able to work independently during night shiftsStrong organizational and time management skillsCommitment to accuracy, safety, and quality standards
