Game Day Concessions & Hospitality StaffSarasota Paradise is seeking dependable, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Game Day Concessions & Hospitality team. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality food, beverage, and premium guest experience on game days. Staff will support general concessions, premium hospitality areas, and VIP experiences, ensuring efficient service, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for all guests.Key ResponsibilitiesConcessions OperationsSet up and break down concession stands, including stocking inventory and preparing service areasPrepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and safe mannerOperate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of all concession areasMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needsHospitality & Premium AreasAssist with setup and presentation of suites, VIP lounges, and hospitality spacesEnsure food and beverage offerings are properly displayed and replenishedProvide attentive, high-level customer service to premium guests and partnersSupport catering delivery, setup, and breakdown in hospitality areasCustomer ServiceDeliver a friendly and professional experience to all fans and guestsRespond to guest needs, questions, and concerns promptlyUphold club standards for service, presentation, and professionalismCompliance & SafetyFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesAdhere to local and state regulations regarding food handling and alcohol serviceMaintain a safe and clean working environment at all timesQualificationsPrevious food service, concessions, catering, or hospitality experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsMust be eligible to work in the U.S.Food handler certification and/or alcohol service certification (preferred or required based on role)Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay (based on experience and role)Tips may be available in select hospitality areasTeam apparel and staff credentialOpportunity to gain experience in professional sports hospitalitySchedule ExpectationsAvailability for all home games and select eventsTypical shifts range from 48 hours (including setup and breakdown)Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
