Role Description The Implementation Account Manager will oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of the Practice EHR platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and includes responsibilities such as coordinating client training sessions, delivering personalized implementation plans, and providing ongoing support for client engagement and satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve the implementation process. Qualifications Experience in client onboarding, project management, and account managementStrong communication, customer service, and relationship management skillsProficiency in EHR platforms, software implementation processes, or healthcare-related technologiesAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to client-specific challengesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related fieldExperience in the healthcare industry, particularly with EHR systems, is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with HIPAA compliance and best practices is an advantage
