Key Responsibilities 1. Analyzing requirements from Functional and Software Requirements. 2. Deriving Interface Specifications for both inputs and outputs of the software. 3. Deriving software architecture for the entire function conforming to industry standards like MISRA C, MAAB, or other applicable customer specific standards. 4. Developing ARXML or Simulink model files representing the architecture. 5. Linking model units to the requirement documents. 6. Updating specifications of interfaces in the model. 7. Documenting the architecture developed. 8. Performing design reviews with other development teams. 9. Supporting software developers with the software development. 10. Review any legacy code to be carried over or implemented in MBD process. 11. Implement the legacy codes in the architecture files – code generation panel. 12. Supporting software build team for code generation. Key Skills (Technical): 1. Automotive / Off highway software architecture development. 2. Toolchain: Model Based Tools like Matlab Simulink (Mandatory), Vector PREEVision (Optional). 3. Documentation: MS Office, IBM Doors. Qualification: Master is Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical with 5 to 10 years of experience. OR Bachelor of Science / Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical with 10 to 15 years of experience.
