The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of guiding a team of developers, ensuring best practices, and driving high-quality software delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).Solid experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, Gradle).Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).Experience with enterprise-level security and compliance.
