Chiropractic Health Assistant

Hope Chiropractic is growing! Hours are Monday-Friday (8-12 hour days, half day on Friday) We are people serving people as our desire and mission is to change the health of the northern Indy area! This position will challenge you to grow, not only professionally, but personally, as we are always striving to improve ourselves and how we care for others. Our atmosphere is positive, family and goal-oriented, and focused on loving people through their health challenges as they heal with neurologically based chiropractic care. Requirements of the position: Must live a healthy lifestyle! From food to fitness and beyond, we lead by example here at Hope and need team members who can be a health resource for our community. Office work- front desk staff are responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, scanning documents, insurance verification, customer service and patient communication. Practice Member care- Educating Practice Members on Neurologically Based Chiropractic with verbiage provided by us, patient consults, assessments and x-rays. Loving on people! Must be a team player and enjoy working with others Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment- this is NOT a desk job Will be required to learn/memorize office scripts Must be 18+ Must have your own transportation to and from work Not a seasonal job (summer job, etc.) Must have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and technology—we are an tech driven office Must be flexible with hours (not a typical 9-5) Will be required to travel 2x a year You MUST send a cover letter along with your application to be considered.
