Role – Delivery LeadLocation: Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX (On-site)FulltimeSalary - $140k/AnnumJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with strong BFSI domain expertise to manage large-scale banking and financial services programs. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, stakeholder engagement, governance, resource planning, and successful execution of multiple projects across BFSI platforms and applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of BFSI programs/projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.Manage multiple project teams across development, QA, business analysis, and support functions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, product owners, and leadership teams for successful program execution.Drive delivery governance, project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies.Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans.Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory standards, security guidelines, and organizational processes.Manage delivery metrics, KPIs, SLAs, reporting dashboards, and executive status updates.Lead Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models across cross-functional teams.Support release planning, production deployments, and post-production stabilization.Mentor project managers, team leads, and delivery teams to improve delivery efficiency and performance.Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and third-party vendors.Required SkillsStrong experience in BFSI domain delivery management.Good understanding of:Core BankingPaymentsLendingCards & Digital BankingAML/KYCTreasury, Wealth Management, or Insurance processesExperience managing large enterprise delivery programs.Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and release management processes.Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools:JIRAConfluenceMS ProjectServiceNowStrong stakeholder management and client communication skills.Experience managing distributed global delivery teams.Excellent risk management, escalation handling, and problem-solving skills.
