Senior Associate Consultant /Java/ Java Documentation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Consultant with strong healthcare domain expertise, preferably with Aetna experience, to work on AI-enabled projects within GPS Contact Center environments. The role involves analyzing business requirements, supporting Agentic AI workflows, and coordinating across Agile Scrum teams with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects.The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in documentation, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into actionable workflows for AI agents.Key Responsibilities:Act as a Business Analyst (BA) in AI enablement Scrum teams to build AI agents for various business workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI agent workflowsCoordinate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Architects to ensure clear communication, tracking, and delivery of project objectivesDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI workflows, use cases, and business requirementsSupport Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesProvide domain expertise in healthcare processes to optimize AI-enabled workflowsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and GPS Contact Center standardsMandatory Skills:Strong healthcare domain knowledge, preferably with Aetna experienceExperience in GPS Contact Center operationsExcellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsUnderstanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-driven workflowsNice to Have Skills:Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, preferably on AI-enabled projectsExposure to Java for documentation or automation purposesAbility to provide insights on process improvement and AI workflow optimizationTop 3 Responsibilities:AI Enablement Scrum Support: Participate as a BA to build AI agents for business workflowsRequirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with teams to capture, analyze, and document requirementsStakeholder Coordination: Ensure effective communication and tracking of deliverables across the project lifecycle
