Job Title: Cake Decorator Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for decorating cakes according to customers' preferences and ensuring high-quality presentation. Responsibilities: - Design and decorate various types of cakes, including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and special occasion cakes - Utilize artistic skills to create visually appealing cake designs using icing, fondant, and other decorative elements - Ensure all cakes are completed on time and meet quality standards - Collaborate with customers to understand their cake design preferences and provide excellent customer service - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decorating area - Adhere to food safety standards and regulations throughout the cake decorating process Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or food production setting - Knowledge of culinary techniques with a focus on cake decorating - Familiarity with food safety practices and packaging procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and fulfill their cake design requests - Experience in pastry arts or cake decorating is a plus Join our team as a Cake Decorator and showcase your creativity while delighting customers with beautifully decorated cakes.
