Sr. Accounting Manager

This role is remote but you must work EST hours.Position Overview:We are seeking a Sr. Accounting Manager to lead technical revenue accounting and gross-to-net evaluations for complex commercial arrangements. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, supports SEC and statutory reporting, and partners cross-functionally to drive compliance and financial reporting excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead revenue recognition analysis (ASC 606) for new products, contracts, and complex transactionsOversee gross-to-net accounting and technical conclusionsPartner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams on contract reviewDevelop and maintain revenue accounting policiesSupport SEC reporting and revenue disclosuresLead audit support, including revenue memos and schedulesCollaborate with global accounting teams on statutory reporting QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of progressive accounting experience (revenue or technical accounting)Public accounting experience requiredStrong ASC 606 expertise and gross-to-net experienceAdvanced Excel skills and strong technical memo writing abilityCPA preferred
