Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we have Integrity, are Honest, and Professional.What You'll DoAs an Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter, you'll work alongside licensed journeymen to install, modify, and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-earn role tied to a registered apprenticeship program.Day-to-day Responsibilities IncludeAssisting with the installation of sprinkler piping, heads, hangers, and related components following approved blueprints and NFPA 13/13R/13D standardsCutting, threading, grooving, and joining pipe using hand and power toolsHelping with system testing, flushing, and inspectionsMaintaining a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulationsAttending all required apprenticeship classes and completing coursework on schedulePerforming other duties as assigned by your supervisorWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredEnrollment in, or eligibility for, a UA (United Association) or equivalent registered apprenticeship programAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periodsValid driver’s license preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learnReliable attendance — this role requires consistent on-site presenceWorking ConditionsWork is performed primarily at active construction sites. Exposure to varying temperatures, heights, confined spaces, and loud equipment is expected.
