Project Manager

Position: Project ManagerCompensation: $90,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Edmond, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!Join a dynamic team that specializes in advanced security solutions, working on exciting projects like casinos, hospitals, and more. This opportunity arises as a backfill due to an internal promotion, offering you the chance to step into a senior-level role with room for growth. As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing enterprise-level projects, ensuring quality installations, and maintaining client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Provide updates to management on projects/jobsCollaborate with the sales team on project designEnsure quality control on installationsCoordinate with subcontractorsConduct project meetings for key accountsMaintain client satisfaction through effective communicationManage technicians or subcontractors on complex projectsHandle escalated customer calls as neededComplete projects as requested by managementRequired Qualifications & Experience:PMP certification or equivalent experience3+ years of project management experienceAdvanced knowledge of CCTV, access control, burglary systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency in MS and Google SuiteValid driver’s license and vehicle registrationNice to Have Skills & Experience:Background in security, construction, or telecomBasic knowledge of accounting principlesExperience with sales, installation, billing systemsPerks & Benefits:This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.If you are interested in learning more about the Project Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
