Part-Time Sitter
Job Description: We are currently looking to add top nanny and babysitter candidates to our growing staff within the Northern and Central New Jersey areas.
Our Nannies + Sitters perform the following duties:
Laundry + light housekeeping;
Facilitate meal times + meal prep;
Drop off + pick up to/from school + activities;
Help with homework + assignments.
Our Nannies + Sitters are:
Caring individual who love children;
Punctual;
Constantly and actively engaging with children and their family.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least two years of verifiable childcare experience;
Ability to work with all ages and backgrounds;
Willingness to partake in all tasks surrounding the families’ needs;
High school degree;
Authorization to work in the United States;
Valid driver’s license;
First Aid, Infant & Child CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
Candidates Must:
Provide a valid driver’s license;
Submit a drug test;
Undergo a background check;
Provide proof of a clean driving record;
Have access to reliable transportation;
Be pet friendly;
Be flexible with working time (starting earlier and staying later);
Be flexible with perform professional industry standard tasks.
Salary: Compensation varies per job and is dependent upon experience.
Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, caring, task oriented, passionate about children, energetic, and shows initiative. Must speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus, but not required. Preference given to Applicants with experience working with professional families and flexible availability.

HOW DO I JOIN THE KCC TEAM?
1. Application
Once we receive your application and credentials, we will review your qualifications and contact you if we need additional information. Applications are filed for one year.
2. Screening
Candidates must undergo a thorough screening process including, but not limited to, multiple interviews, driving record reviews, reference and background checks.
3. Onboarding
Upon hire, successful applicants meet with their administrative team for orientation, training and interactive workshops to prepare them to work with KCC clients.
