Job DescriptionAssist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.ResponsibilitiesMeet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanlinessEnsure team members are adhering to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines are followedPerform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per company guidelinesTrain all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant rolesAct as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailableAssist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needsMaintain the intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work to selectors and customer attendantsPrint and distribute order labels, including orders for perishable departmentsTroubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devicesMaintain level of supplies needed to perform necessary dutiesMaintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipmentReport pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the store e-Commerce managerPerform required opening and closing proceduresLearn and implement process improvements as directed by division or enterprise e-Commerce teamProvide feedback on team members daily performance and annual performance reviewsAbility to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environmentAbility to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative mannerAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business informationAbility to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issuesProvide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adultsMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationQualificationsMINIMUM Proven supervisory experienceAbility to read shelf tagsBasic knowledge of computersExcellent oral/written communication skillsBasic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervisionDESIREDAny experience in a production-oriented environment or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
