We aim to scale through capital access, building a capital engine to support 10–20 assets and beyond.The RoleAs Capital & Fundraising Lead, you'll work closely with the Chief Credit Officer and executive team to:Drive investor research and outreach (private investors, angels, debt funds, family offices)Build and manage our investor CRM and communication workflowSupport preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and investor FAQsJoin investor calls and manage follow-upsHelp prepare investor data rooms and track soft commits / close progressYou’ll play a core role in raising funding for property acquisition, renovation, and deployment of advanced home technologies.QualificationsBackground in finance, real estate, venture capital, or investment sales. Confident communicator with high ownership and follow-through. Able to work independently but collaboratively, resourceful, organized, and results-driven.
