Enterprise Account Executive Client OverviewOur client provides workforce scheduling software and employee management solutions designed to help businesses streamline staff scheduling, improve communication, reduce labor costs, and increase operational efficiency. They serve industries such as healthcare, hospitality, security, construction, field services, retail, and other shift-based organizations.Position SummaryThe Software Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue growth for the company’s roster scheduling software platform. This role focuses on identifying prospective clients, demonstrating the software solution, building long-term relationships, and closing new business.The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS with workforce management solutions, strong consultative sales skills, and the ability to understand operational staffing challenges across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentProspect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social selling Identify customer pain points related to workforce scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline within CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with business owners, operations managers, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers Provide consultative recommendations based on customer workforce needs Coordinate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients throughout the sales process Product & Market ExpertiseDevelop in-depth knowledge of the software scheduling platform and industry trends Stay informed on competitor offerings and workforce management technologies Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to leadership and product teams Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and forecasts within CRM software Prepare sales reports and revenue projections Attend sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed QualificationsRequired3+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment PreferredExperience selling workforce management, scheduling, HR tech, or operational software Knowledge of industries with shift-based staffing environments Familiarity with SaaS subscription sales models Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Compensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commission structure Performance bonuses and incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Remote or hybrid work flexibility Career advancement opportunities Ongoing sales and product training
