Our end-users are hobbyists, professionals and industrial customers who 3D print high quality parts using our filaments. From our 40,000 SF facility in Missouri City, TX, we currently manage the production, sales, marketing, planning, and distribution of 3D printing filament for the North America region.POSITION SUMMARYMaintenance Technician will primarily perform equipment maintenance and facility maintenance activities on an assigned shift. POSITION TYPEFull Time, HourlyThe technician reports directly to the Lead Technician Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize equipment downtimePerform preventative maintenance on production equipmentPerform preventative facility maintenance, including cleaning of assigned areasFollow all process work instructionsFollow all company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standardsLiaison and escort contractors to ensure compliance with company EHS standardsStop work authority – STOPS all work if unsafe conditions are identifiedGenerate and communicate shift passdown to oncoming technicianIdentify and communicate areas of improvementSupport Shift Lead in performing extrusion setup and quality checksKey Expectations:12 Hour Shifts; from 3 – 4 shifts/week (alternating schedule)All tools and materials to be provided by employer (use of personal tools discouraged)Reliable transportation to and from the facility Occasionally lift up to 50 lbsWalking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching are normal expected movements during a shiftPrevious experience working in a manufacturing or refinery facilityWillingness to learn and teach others0% travel requiredLead by exampleWillingness to learn and adopt core values of the companyPreferred Experience BackgroundPrevious experience maintaining plastic extrusion equipmentHigh Voltage experience (480V 3P)Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic systemsAbility to operate forklifts and/or overhead lifting devices.Multilingual  (Mandarin Chinese)To learn more about Polymaker, please go towww.polymaker.comLinkedin.com/company/polymaker-3d  PI7f476da94d7f-31181-40512923
