LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney for a part-time, temporary position with a law firm. This is a fully remote position, but occasional office meetings in Drexel Hill, PA are required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with estate planning and administration, as well as corporate law matters. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering challenging, meaningful work in a supportive environment.Responsibilities:Draft and review corporate, estate planning, and estate administration documentsAdvise clients on business formation, governance, general corporate, and estate mattersHandle company formations and entity structuring across various industriesSupport mergers, acquisitions, and business salesDraft and negotiate contracts, employment agreements, and related HR documentsAssist with commercial lease reviews and negotiationsQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania5+ years of relevant estate planning/administration and/or corporate experienceStrong understanding of general corporate law, contracts, employment law, and commercial leasingExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingThe anticipated pay rate for this position is $55 per hour.Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
