Through execution at scale, we provide comprehensive solutions from pipeline creation through successful deal closure.Role DescriptionThis is a 6-month unpaid internship with a primarily remote structure, though optional on-site opportunities are available in Newport Beach, California for interns interested in in-person collaboration and team activities.The Intern will support the team through client outreach activities, data organization, relationship management, and campaign tracking. Responsibilities include assisting with investor targeting, data enrichment, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and conducting market research.Interns will work closely with the team to support client success initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to AI-driven capital markets, investor outreach, and transaction execution workflows.QualificationsBasic understanding of data research, data organization, and investor targetingStrong communication skills, including creating outreach campaigns and managing client engagementFamiliarity with digital tools such as email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for business communicationOrganizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyAdaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environmentInterest in finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, AI, or technology is a plusCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
