Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Baytown, TX, for SPED Teachers, Bilingual Teachers, and Bilingual Instructional Aides. Responsibilities include developing and executing lesson plans, teaching students in line with state education standards, and providing tailored support to meet the needs of diverse learners. The role involves fostering an inclusive classroom environment, engaging effectively with students, parents, and school staff, and participating in professional development and training to enhance instructional practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design engaging, comprehensive instructional materialsStrong foundation in Education and Teaching practices, including understanding state educational standardsEffective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleaguesExperience in Training and skills development to support diverse learnersBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required for Bilingual TeacherCertified or eligible for Texas teacher certification; SPED certification preferred for SPED Teacher rolesDemonstrated ability to create an inclusive learning environment
