Key Responsibilities Utilize GenAI for program execution, modernizing workflows and synthesizing signals for risk management Lead complex technical programs across Ads and Core Infrastructure, ensuring clarity on milestones and dependencies Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into program progress and outcomes Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs in relevant environments Strong technical program management fundamentals, including roadmap planning and risk tracking Technical fluency in infrastructure and platform concepts such as distributed systems and cloud infrastructure Experience operating within AI governance expectations and identifying appropriate AI use controls Ability to work effectively across engineering and business stakeholders in high-visibility settings
