This role serves as the first point of contact for families and visitors while managing critical student records and enrollment processes.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service.Primary ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Customer ServiceServe as the front desk point of contact, managing phones, visitors, and daily inquiriesProvide a welcoming and professional environment for students, families, and staffEnrollment & Records ManagementProcess student enrollments and withdrawalsMaintain official academic records, including contact information, transcripts and grade reportsManage cumulative student files with accuracy and confidentialityFulfill transcript requests and respond to external records requestsOversee attendance tracking and support truancy management processesPrepare and maintain enrollment reportsMaintain ownership and accuracy of IC (Infinite Campus) and enrollment software dataAdditional Responsibilities (as Needed)Administrative & Operational SupportSupport the Principal, Dean, and Executive Director as neededConduct enrollment inquiry follow-up and communicate with prospective families via phone and emailCoordinate school tours and support a positive enrolling family experienceAlign logistics, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure smooth execution of events and initiativesOversee volunteer coordination,execution and trackingOpen doors and screen visitors through Raptor and related softwareStudent Health & SupportRespond to student health needs, including emergencies in classroomsAdminister daily medications and maintain accurate documentationCoordinate medication refillsMaintain the health room (stocking, cleaning, organizing)Provide care for sick or injured students and staffCommunicate with parents regarding student health concernsQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityExperience with student information systems (e.g., Infinite Campus) preferredPrior experience in a school or office setting preferredScheduleDay shiftMonday to FridaySchool Year: 2026 - 2027School Days: 195This position will be open until filled, but will not be open past: June 30, 2026#SJ2025The Pay Range For This Role Is20 - 30 USD per hour (Main)
