Our experienced team brings over 125 years of combined electric motor expertise to every project.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an experienced Electric Motor Mechanic based on-site at our Walton, KY location in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Electric Motor Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric motors, including both AC and DC motors, up to 500HP. Daily tasks will include disassembling equipment, identifying issues, performing repairs, reassembling units, and testing for functionality. The role also involves occasional interaction with customers to provide updates or clarify repair needs and supporting on-site maintenance as required.QualificationsStrong skills in Vehicle Maintenance, Motor Vehicle systems, and Maintenance & RepairProficiency in Steering mechanisms and related componentsEffective Customer Service skills to communicate clearly and professionallyHands-on experience with electric motor repair, diagnostics, and maintenance, including AC and DC motors up to 500HPAbility to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site settingPrior experience in a similar role or related field is requiredBasic understanding of precision tools and diagnostic equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certification is a plusFamiliarity with laser alignment and vibration analysis is an advantage
