Senior Remote Support Engineer - DevOps & Linux

GitLab is seeking a Support Engineer to join our distributed team. You will troubleshoot complex issues across self-managed GitLab and GitLab.com environments, work with Linux systems and our Ruby on Rails stack, and help shape our support processes and content. You will collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales to influence roadmaps, implement fixes, and deliver exceptional customer support. This role emphasizes on-call rotations and team mentorship.
