Role- SAP S4 Program ManagerLocation- Atlanta, GANote- Day one onsiteOnsite Project Manager -Minimum 10+ experience in SAP Project Management (Onsite) with Capability of applying strong SAP S4 methodology in the delivery of complex projects.Work with Leadership with strategic support in the forming and development of large SAP Programs in SAP S4 HANA.Lead a project management team to delegate responsibility and minimize overload, to enable stakeholder management priority.Follow the customers senior stakeholders and project sponsor ensuring strong lines of communication.Initiate and Lead project board meetings, and Executive Steering Groups with the customerFacilitate and Lead solutioning workshops and design walkthroughs with support from SMEsIdentify GAPs and manage Change Requests, with impact assessment.Experience of managing multiple streams within a program such as functional, integration, change managementExperience in managing large program teams including architects in an onsite, offshore and nearshore environmentShould have breadth of understanding of overall SAP landscape and interdependencies between other modules and cross functional integrationAbility to manage diverse set of stakeholders both internal and customerBroad understanding of Organization Change Management methodologiesAwareness of the SAP Product roadmap and the various trendsMultiple end to end SAP implementations as project / program managerWillingness to mentor and lead a team and support upskillingStrong communication skill.Strong Knowledge of atleast one core SAP module in S/4.Certification is advantage.
