Senior Full Stack Engineer IV6-Month Contract (W2 only)We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and enhance modern banking applications using AI-assisted development tools, cloud technologies, and scalable software architecture. This role will support digital banking initiatives, including payments, lending, fraud prevention, customer onboarding, and account servicing.Responsibilities:Design and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications using React or Angular, C#/.NET, and PythonBuild and maintain APIs, integrations, and microservices architecturesLeverage AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to accelerate software deliveryLead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisionsManage the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production supportCollaborate with Cloud and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable solutionsDevelop technical documentation and mentor junior developersTroubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and securityRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field7+ years of Full Stack Development experienceStrong experience with React or Angular, C#/.NET, Python, REST APIs, and microservicesHands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platformsStrong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practicesAbility to lead technical initiatives and mentor team membersStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred:Experience in banking, fintech, payments, lending, or financial servicesExperience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systemsAdvanced knowledge of cloud-native development, infrastructure automation, and DevOps methodologiesThis is a 6-month contract role with a banking client, requiring 5 days onsite in Morristown, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level engineer capable of contributing both technically and strategically while helping drive modern AI-enabled software development practices.
