Human Resources Manager

Now is the time to become part of this exceptional, talent-rich organization.The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, payroll systems, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills to manage personnel effectively, as well as strong multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the implementation and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectivesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboardingServe as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO regulationsCoordinate with the corporate benefits department to support and maintain employee benefit programs, including health insurance, 401(k), leave of absence, and open enrollmentProcess payroll in collaboration with the finance and corporate HR teams, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSupport the development and administration of performance evaluations and career development plansInvestigate and resolve employee relations issues in a consistent, fair, and legally compliant mannerAnalyze HR data and trends to recommend strategies for improving employee engagement, retention, and workforce planningMaintain and update the employee handbook and site-specific policies to reflect current laws and practicesSupport the development and communication of employee engagement, recognition, and diversity initiativesParticipate in audits, reporting, and the tracking of HR metrics for corporate and regulatory purposesPartner with department managers on workforce planning, development, and succession strategiesCoordinate training and development programs, including needs assessments and tracking participationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related fieldPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingComprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment lawProficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalismHigh ethical standards and attention to detailWhy Join Sofidel:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchAccess to financial advising servicesPaid vacation and time offEmployee referral and retention bonusesOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive, safe, and professional work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer:Sofidel America is an equal opportunity employer.
