Job Title : Receptionist / Front Desk AssistantPay Rate : $33/hr on W2Location : South San Francisco, CADuration 12 Month Contract with a possible extensionAbout the CompanyCustomer-facing, onsite role within Site Services responsible for delivering a high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience while ensuring secure campus access in partnership with Security. Acts as the first point of contact in lobbies and supports daily operations impacting a large, high-visibility workforce (12,000+ employees, visitors, and partners).About the RoleFront Desk / Lobby OperationsServe as the main point of contact for employees and visitorsProvide high-level, professional service with a “heart for service” mindsetHandle inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and gracefullySecurity & Access ManagementPartner closely with Security to protect people and assetsManage visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notificationsEnsure strict adherence to access protocols and confidentialityGuest & Service Coordination Support:Vendor deliveries (packages, catering, personal items)Special requests and VIP interactionsCall center support (phone inquiries)Program & Operations SupportManage programs like:Parking placardsClipper Cards / transportationLobby amenitiesSupport multiple lobbies (flex/rover coverage as needed)Logistics & Additional DutiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree (any field)3–4+ years experience in:Corporate hospitality ORHigh-end service (luxury hotel, retail, concierge, etc.)Required SkillsExceptional customer service / hospitality mindsetStrong communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretionAdaptability + multitasking in fast-paced environmentsProblem-solving / solution-oriented thinkingCollaboration with cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Admins, Events, etc.)Continuous improvement mindset
