Your responsibilities will encompass:Planning, executing, and assessing patient care for all age demographicsConducting triage using the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) 5-level triage systemDocumenting and maintaining an accurate ED record that reflects all nursing interventionsWorking alongside providers, colleagues, and ancillary departments to optimize patient carePrioritizing patient needs to guarantee timely and high-quality careMonitoring life support systems and automated technical equipmentAdministering IV fluids, blood products, and other necessary treatmentsResponding to emergencies with composure and efficiencyMaintaining medical equipment and suppliesProviding educational opportunities for emergency providers and studentsTo qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:A two-year nursing degree is required; a four-year degree is preferredActive Wisconsin Registered Nursing license or valid Compact LicensureCurrent certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC; ATCN certification is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar settingApply now and let us assist you in achieving your professional goals!
