Administrative Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Summer Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and assist with daily operations during our busy summer season.This is an in-person role and works best for someone who enjoys being part of a fast-moving arts environment. Being on-site is important to help support day-to-day operations.Position DetailsTemporary Summer Position: June 29 – July 27$800 per weekTypical hours: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PMSome flexibility with schedulingIn-person preferredResponsibilities Could Include:Respond to parent emails and phone callsCreate, proofread, and print PlaybillsManage ticketing systems and patron supportCoordinate Spirit Buttons and Star Page AdsCreate and send the daily newsletterAssist with social media and communicationsProvide administrative support to the CEOHelp with general office and organizational tasks as neededIdeal CandidateStrong communication and writing skillsHighly detail-oriented and organizedAble to manage multiple projects at onceProfessional, positive, and proactiveComfortable in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Canva, Google Workspace, social media, or ticketing systems is a plusThis is a great opportunity for someone interested in arts administration, theatre, communications, or operations and who enjoys supporting meaningful work in a creative environment.
