Plant maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Need less than 7 years’ experience)Location: Sunnyvale, CAClient: LTTSSalary: $100K JD: "The Plant Maintenance Engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for Plant maintenance, overseeing all equipment and maintenance personnel. Lead/work through a team of technicians to develop / implement day to day maintenance procedures and strategies that improve long term reliability of manufacturing systems Investigate equipment and component failures, develop and implement solutions to prevent future failures and improve overall reliability Perform root cause failure analysis on plant mechanical equipment Perform mechanical engineering calculations to support design changes that improve equipment performance and reliability Demonstrated ability to influence, drive accountability, and improve culture Ability to work directly on electrical, mechanical, robotic and hydraulic components associated with material processing and separating equipment. Ability to create bills of materials, presentations, reports, troubleshooting guides and other formal documentation with little assistance. Proficiency with computer programs used to troubleshoot, analyze, track, trend and record failures of microprocessor based systems. Thorough knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations, and experience operating within a management system (ISO, etc.).
