Job Description Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist/ManagerLocation-Type: RemoteStart Date Is: June 1 (flexible)Duration: Contract through approximately September 30 (potential to extend or end early)Compensation Range: $45-60/hr W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Job Description:This role supports the launch and ongoing management of a Salesforce-integrated client portal within a fast-paced financial services environment, serving as a cross-functional operational partner across sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage launch readiness, QA/testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for a Salesforce-integrated client portalCoordinate with sales, marketing, operations, strategic accounts, vendors, and developersSupport digital distribution workflows for marketing collateral and advisor-facing materialsManage reporting, exports, compliance documentation, and activity trackingMaintain and update online portals and websites supporting marketing initiativesSupport vendor transition initiatives, documentation, and process handoffsAssist with project management, timelines, stakeholder communication, and workflow coordinationMinimum Requirements:5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or project-based marketing rolesHands-on Salesforce CRM experience with API integrations and data mapping knowledgeExperience supporting digital portals, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboardsBackground within financial services, private equity, private placements, or other regulated industriesStrong understanding of QA/testing, launch readiness, and digital asset quality controlExperience coordinating vendors, developers, and cross-functional stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce-integrated credential-based or ecommerce-style portalsExperience supporting wholesaling or advisor distribution workflowsVendor transition or system migration experienceExperience working in highly regulated, compliance-heavy environmentsCentral Time zone availability preferred (9am–6pm CST core hours)
