Job Title- Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Enablement SpecialistDuration- 6 months engagement to start w/renewalLocation- St Louis, MO- M-Th onsite; Fridays remoteRole SummaryThis role focuses on driving AI adoption and digital transformation across the organization, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement . The position is centered on empowering associates to confidently integrate AI tools into their daily workflows, rather than building technical solutions.You will act as a trusted advisor and enablement partner , helping teams understand, adopt, and maximize the value of AI-powered tools. By collaborating with stakeholders and leading learning initiatives, you will translate emerging trends into practical, business-focused adoption strategies that deliver measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI awareness and adoption initiatives , developing structured enablement plans to improve understanding and usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot.Conduct consultations, product demos, workshops, and training sessions focused on real-world AI use cases and productivity improvements.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI concepts, guiding associates on effective and responsible usage.Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance productivity, insights, and innovation.Support and grow AI Champion Networks and transformation communities , including onboarding, engagement, and ongoing capability development.Monitor adoption trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve usage and business impact.Provide basic guidance and demonstrations on Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as needed.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot , including features such as Researcher, Analyst, Agent Builder, and Notebooks.Solid understanding of AI concepts and their application in business environments (automation, insights, productivity enhancement).Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly guidance for non-technical users.Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for basic support and demonstrations.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills .Experience in training delivery, change management, or digital adoption programs is highly preferred.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation initiativesBackground in learning & development, enablement, or organizational changeFamiliarity with governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance considerations
