Our team is committed to doing “whatever it takes” to help families thrive. About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated At-Risk Youth Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide community-based support to at-risk youth and their families, working closely with child welfare partners to help prevent out-of-home placement and promote family stability.
