Implement Integrated Justice Portal standards relatedto application technologies, including UI standards,development methodology, and coding and style guides.2. Act as the primary technical liaison with technicalinfrastructure teams to resolve problems and implementsolutions to technical issues impacting applicationperformance.3. Work with the Infrastructure team to execute activitiessuch as performance test planning and execution failure failoverplanning and execution, endurance testing and deploymentplanning and testing.4. Provide the analysis, design development, and codereview of enterprise applications using JAVA/JEE, JSF, XML,XSLT and the IBM Portal/WebSphere Application developmentsoftware.5. Perform oversight of development activities which mayinclude data analysis, data access, data structures, datamanipulation, preparing logical database models, testing andimplementation.6. Prepare, and/or review technical documentation suchas designs, schemas, etc., as appropriate.7. Provide technical guidance to team of developers.Software ArchitectMakes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.Skill Level: Senior60 - 84 Months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others.
