TD Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent. By utilizing your leadership skills coupled with your construction expertise; you will oversee multiple projects from start to finish providing pivotal oversight and direction to all subs and office staff. Your role is critical to the success of the project and TDCC.The Senior Project Superintendent should possess a total dedication to jobsite safety; communicate proactively and clearly with subs and office staff; have an acute ability to work autonomously; and demonstrate the ability to proactively solve problems.Dedication to Jobsite SafetyClear and Proactive CommunicationAbility to Work and Make Decisions AutonomouslyBuild & Maintain Relationships with OthersResponsibilities IncludePossessing a keen knowledge of project details and providing scheduling input for a clear path to project success; removing hurdles prior to reaching them.Scheduling all subcontractors work proactively and maintaining the project schedule throughout the duration of the project.
