This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute engineering projects from initiation to completionCoordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, Manufacturing, and OperationsTrack project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesEnsure compliance with GMP and regulatory standardsSupport installation, commissioning, and qualification activitiesIdentify risks and drive resolution through effective problem-solvingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field3+ years of project engineering experience in pharma or biotechStrong understanding of GMP and project lifecycle managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsNice to Have:Experience with capital projects or facility expansionKnowledge of validation and commissioning processes
