Work ScheduleThis role can be structured as part-time or full-time, requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week. We are seeking talented individuals to support our team of executive recruiters.Founded in 2006, ACCUR is a boutique executive search firm specializing in consumer and luxury goods industries. We conduct searches nationwide and occasionally internationally, focusing on Director, Vice President, and C-Level placements.ObjectiveThe Research Associate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and shortlisting candidates for review by our consultants/executive recruiters. The role also involves coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.ResponsibilitiesBuild lists of target companies (organizations where suitable candidates may be found).Historically this was done via LinkedIn and Google; today, most of the work is powered by ChatGPT Enterprise and other AI tools.Identify and reach out to potential candidates, primarily via email or LinkedIn messages.Previously this relied on LinkedIn Recruiter with advanced filters and Boolean searches; now, AI tools like ChatGPT increasingly play a role.Pre-screen candidates (via email or phone) and shortlist them for consultants, who then handle interviews and client presentations.Review and process incoming applications for inclusion in candidate pipelines.This is done within our Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit), which operates similarly to Salesforce.Coordinate both internal (candidate-consultant) and external (candidate-client) interviews.Conduct reference checks with past employers by phone. Our ValuesWe operate on the principles of Trust, Autonomy, and Responsibility.Our environment is stable, flexible, and high quality: our three Senior Recruitment Consultants have each been with the firm for 11, 14, and 15 years, respectively.RequirementsA trustworthy, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn professional.Strong organizational skills and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Interest in brands, from mass market to luxury.Passion for research and talent discovery-someone who enjoys "the hunt."Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in Boolean searches and a power user of ChatGPT or other LLMs.A very big plus if you have a natural inclination to automate repetitive tasks through tools like Excel/Google Sheets macros/formulas, Zapier, or n8n.
