Contract Curriculum Developer

To support the design and delivery of modern training programs, a fully remote Contract Curriculum Developer will create engaging curriculum focused on AI fluency and enterprise learning enablement, while driving adoption and responsible use across the organization. Key responsibilitiesDevelop training content on generative AI tools and translate AI concepts into practical business use cases Design curriculum pathways and course modules that support adult learning principles and learner progression Deliver instructor-led training and facilitate interactive workshops for diverse audiences, including leadership sessionsRequired qualificationsProven experience as a Curriculum Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role Strong expertise in AI fluency and generative AI tools Experience designing curriculum for adult learners in corporate environments Demonstrated success in developing learning content from foundational to intermediate skill levels Strong facilitation skills for instructor-led training and workshops
