We encourage you to consider joining our knowledgeable staff today while enjoying a friendly work-life balance!Job Responsibilities & DutiesProvide front-line customer service to wholesale delivery, will-call, bush and walk-in customersReceive and process customer requests, including price quotes, orders, adjustments and cancellationsPerform accurate data entry for orders and transactionsReview and verify invoices for pricing and order accuracy. Make corrections as needed.Monitor customer accounts to identify past-due balances and credit limit concernsTrack and report inventory issues including out-of-stock itemsFacilitate the flow of paperwork between the warehouse and office, including invoices, tracing documents and filingManage outgoing mail ensuring accurate postage and proper handlingProvide administrative and project support to management and the sales teamExhibit an ability to receive feedback, adapt to new processes and continuously develop skillsDemonstrate the ability to collaborate, communicate well and effectively relay information with an emphasis on developing positive professional relationshipsPractice punctual and reliable attendancePerform other duties as assignedJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of professional office experience, including prior sales and/or customer service experience.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft OfficePass a pre-employment drug screen and background check as a condition of employmentAbility to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds. Regularly bend, stoop, reach, walk extended distances and climb stairsPreferred QualificationsWholesale distribution and logistics experienceExperience with POS systems is a plus.ScheduleThis is a full-time, in person, 40 hours per week position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.Compensation & Benefits$20.00 -$23.00/hour.
