PEPL has been engaged to place a Manager, Strategy and Business Development to join our client’s corporate team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Market Research to inform the firm’s strategy on work to pursue and relationships to buildSupport the Design & Estimating team in building best-in-class capabilities to guide the firm’s Clients on cost and design of data centersPartner with the Operations team to assess Supply Chain Constraints, Innovation, Regulatory and Policy considerations, and Power solutions.Identify and manage the Executives' ownership and relationships with Client, Architect, and Trade relationships as part of Business DevelopmentPrepare for Client conversations and provide guidance and direction on Proposal-writing, as neededResearch and support emerging potential marketsQualifications Required:Ideal candidate has 3-5 years at a top consulting firm or played a role in strategy/business development within a large or mid-size organization.Excellent analytical (advanced excel) and Powerpoint (storylining, communication) skillsHigh level of comfort with designing and driving market research (e.g., third party data analysis, interviews, conferences, up-to-date news and policy monitoring) independentlyExcellent top-down executive communication skills and ability to speak to clientsHigh level of ownership and interest in being an individual contributor working with multiple executives and C-level stakeholdersPassion and understanding for the Data Center market and the role of AI in U.S. infrastructure needsPassion and interest in the built environment including job-site visits and technical learningAble to be in-person in the Atlanta office and occasionally travel to conferences, client meetings, job sitesAI tool skills, agents, and bridging tools to help build better BD systems and processes for communication and market research
