MES/Software Engineer (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a is a global leader in 3D inspection technology for\nelectronics manufacturing company and is looking for MES/Software Engineer.\n\nMAJOR FUNCTION:\n * Develop Smart Factory solution for USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America\n customers.\n * Gather and document customer requirements as well as software architecture.\n * Provide exceptional customer service by providing professional technical\n services.\n * Become an expert on Koh Young inspection equipment and KSMART solution tools.\n * Attend trade shows to exhibit and demonstrate machines and/or KSMART tools as\n needed.\n * Serve as a helpdesk agent to answer questions/requests from customers.\n * Collaborate with sales and other staff on pre-sales activities,\n teleconferences, quotations, etc.\n * Report development, installation, training, evaluation, or any other service\n activities in the way the\n * supervisor requested.\n\nPREREQUISITES:\n * Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related.\n * 3+ years, strong programming skills in C#, C/C++, Java, SQL, Python,\n JavaScript.\n * 2+ years, Web Services, TCP/IP Communication, parsers, etc.\n * 2+ years, of advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS.\n * 1+ year, of experience in IPC-CFX, IPC-HERMES, SECS/GEM, iTAC, or any other\n standard preferred.\n * 1+ year, SPI and AOI programming, operation, and maintenance preferred.\n * Excellent verbal and written English level.\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n * Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.\n * Problem-solving skills especially when faced with unexpected situations in\n the field.\n * An open mind and proactive attitude.\n * Good organizational, teamwork, administrative, and project management skills.\n * Strong mechanical aptitude, and detail-oriented.\n\nBenefits\n * Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance at no employee premium (including\n dependent coverage)\n * 401K retirement plan with 5% matching\n * Generous PTO and paid holidays
