We’re a well-established Vacation Club company with over 30 years of experience, and we’re looking for Vacation Club Loan Collectors who enjoy helping people and keeping things on track behind the scenes. This role is about supporting our members, answering questions, and helping them stay current on their accounts—no high-pressure sales, just friendly, professional conversations. --- What You’ll Be Doing · Talk with Vacation Club members by phone or email about their accounts and payments · Help members resolve past-due balances in a respectful, solution-focused way · Keep account information accurate and up to date · Guide conversations calmly and professionally—even when topics are sensitive · Document interactions clearly and follow standard procedures · Follow all compliance and company guidelines --- What We’re Looking For · Experience in customer service, collections, loan servicing, or call center work is a plus (we’ll train the right person) · Friendly, clear communication skills · Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented · Someone who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team --- Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here · Vacation industry vibes with a professional, structured workday · Service-focused role—no aggressive sales tactics · Stable company with long-term opportunity · Hourly pay + monthly performance bonus Top collectors can earn an additional $1,500 to $2,000+ per month · Friendly, respectful workplace where people treat each other well Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Loan Collections: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
