Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonusesfor exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available in select locations! Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
