Your Responsibilities * Contact interested families and go over their coverage options by phone. * Discuss plans with warm leads that fit their budget. * Help each household submit the application from start to finish. * Handle questions from interested families about benefits and plan options. * Arrange follow-up calls with each family that needs time to decide. * Keep organized notes on every conversation with callers.
